Skapii cabinets are American made. They are manufactured in the USA, which helps ensure a short delivery period. We combine this domestic manufacturing with high-quality European materials sourced from top suppliers in Germany, Italy, and Austria, crafted using industry-leading machinery made in Germany

Skapii specializes in design, manufacturing, and distribution of fully custom cabinetry. We provide solutions for many areas of the home, including the Main Kitchen, Second Kitchen, Laundry Room, Vanities, Entertainment Zone, Office, Closets, Entrance area, Garage, Wine Bar, Home Library, Pantry, and Mudroom.

We exclusively utilize premium, sustainably sourced woods, chosen for their inherent beauty and durability, and their environmental responsibility. We also use materials like durable acrylic fronts and natural veneer. Pricing, Discounts, and Payment
How is the price of a custom cabinetry project determined?
Custom cabinetry pricing is based on a few key factors: Project Size & Scope (the scale and complexity of the work, whether it’s a single vanity or a full-home project), Materials & Finishes (the selection of hardwoods, premium veneers, lacquered finishes, and textures), Hardware & Features (innovative elements like soft-close drawers, high-tech hinges, and smart storage solutions), and Specialty Details (custom features such as integrated lighting or hidden compartments). We provide detailed, transparent proposals with no hidden costs.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
Yes, we offer a price guarantee to ensure you receive the best value for your investment. If you find a lower price for the same kitchen design and materials elsewhere, Skapii will match it.
What are the payment terms for a project?
Upon signing the contract and before production begins, a payment of up to 75% of the total balance is required. The remaining 25% is due before shipping. We accept debit and credit cards (subject to a processing fee of up to 3.5%), as well as ACH, wire, Zelle, check, and cashier’s check without additional fees.
Are there special discounts available?
Skapii offers exclusive discounts for Military personnel and Educators on all cabinet collections in-store. Eligible military members include active duty members, veterans, retirees, and their spouses. Educators include teachers, administrators, school counselors, and librarians. We also run ongoing promotions and special deals; for instance, the sources mention an exclusive offer of 15% off when a contract is signed and the order is placed before December 31, 2025.
Ordering and Installation Process
What is the process for ordering custom cabinets?
The process is collaborative and stress-free:

- Design & 3D Renderings: Our designers create layouts and photorealistic renderings so you can visualize the space. This kitchen rendering service is complimentary.
- Material Selection: You choose from our curated collection of materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Manufacturing: Your design is brought to life using state-of-the-art machinery.
- Installation: Our experienced installers ensure the cabinets fit and function seamlessly.
- Final Walkthrough: We review every detail with you to guarantee complete satisfaction.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer seamless delivery and professional installation services. Our installation team handles all aspects, including assembling cabinetry and connecting appliances, minimizing disruption to your home. Installation services are performed by contractors authorized or referred by Skapii.
What are the client's responsibilities regarding the installation site?
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is clean, accessible, level, and properly prepared prior to delivery or installation. Additional costs may be incurred if delays occur due to site inaccessibility or non-compliance.
Can I cancel or receive a refund for my custom order?
Because all products are custom-made to specification, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted after the contract is signed or production has commenced. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Warranty and Liability
What is the warranty period for Skapii cabinetry?
Skapii offers a three (3) year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering substantial defects in materials and workmanship from the date of substantial completion or delivery. Hardware components are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties, which Skapii may extend up to the three-year term.
What is excluded from the warranty coverage?
The limited warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear (including surface scratches or dents); damage arising from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration by unauthorized persons, or improper cleaning methods; or damage caused by appliance proximity, heat, water or humidity absorption, mold, or desert heat exposure. Specifically, exposure to humidity, direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations, or water intrusion automatically renders the warranty void.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
No, this limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the products and is non-transferable.
How do I file a warranty claim?
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@skapii.com by the original purchaser. The submission must include photographic evidence clearly depicting the alleged defect and proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or executed contract).
