As a Sales Representative in our cabinetry business, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by effectively managing client relationships, utilizing 3D modeling software to showcase cabinetry solutions, maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems, delivering compelling project presentations, and negotiating prices to secure profitable deals. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
3. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Conduct regular outreach to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their cabinetry needs and project requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and solutions to address their concerns.
- Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create visual representations of cabinetry designs based on client specifications.
- Present 3D models to clients to help them visualize the proposed cabinetry solutions and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Use CRM data to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline, and to generate reports for sales analysis and forecasting.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project presentations to clients, showcasing the proposed cabinetry solutions and highlighting key features and benefits.
- Address client questions and concerns during presentations, providing detailed explanations and recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
