Installation
Skapii offers cabinet installation as an optional add-on to custom cabinet manufacturing. Installation is not a standalone service and is available only in connection with the purchase of Skapii cabinets.
Our role in installation is coordination. Actual installation work is performed by licensed and insured providers experienced in working with European-style frameless cabinetry.
Coordinated Installation Through Providers
When installation is added to a project, Skapii assigns the job to an installation provider contracted to work with our cabinetry systems.
These providers specialize in cabinet installation and are selected based on project scope, location, and requirements. This structure allows installation to remain consistent with how the cabinets were designed and manufactured, while keeping responsibilities clearly defined.
Skapii does not perform installations directly, but remains involved in coordinating the process so cabinetry is installed as intended.
Scope of Cabinet Installation
nstallation includes the full installation of cabinetry as outlined in the project quote.
This typically includes cabinet boxes, doors and drawers, hardware, internal accessories, and panel-ready appliances where specified. Cabinets are leveled, secured, aligned, and adjusted to ensure proper operation and clean visual results.
Installation is limited strictly to cabinetry. Countertops, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, and general construction are not included.
Site Conditions and Preparation
Installation is coordinated for job sites that are reasonably prepared to receive cabinetry.
Walls, floors, and surrounding conditions are expected to allow cabinets to be installed accurately and securely. Coordination between installers, contractors, and homeowners helps ensure installation proceeds smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
This approach allows installers to focus on precision and finish quality rather than compensating for site-related issues.
Finish
Final Adjustments and Completion
After installation, final adjustments are performed to doors, drawers, and hardware to ensure smooth operation and proper alignment.
These adjustments are an essential part of installing frameless European cabinets, where small refinements make a noticeable difference in both function and appearance. The goal is a finished cabinet system that operates cleanly and looks intentional within the space.
Installation as an Optional Add-On
Installation is offered to support clients who prefer a more coordinated cabinetry experience.
Clients are also free to use their own installers or contractors if they prefer. Skapii cabinetry is manufactured to integrate cleanly into a wide range of project structures, allowing flexibility without compromising cabinet quality.
