Skapii is a custom cabinet manufacturer based in West Sacramento, California. Manufacturing is our core service and the foundation of every project we take on.
We specialize in fully custom, European-style frameless cabinetry built to order for each client. Cabinets can be purchased as a standalone product, with clients free to handle design coordination, delivery, and installation independently, or to add those services through us if desired.

All cabinet panels are fully edgebanded around the entire perimeter, including edges not immediately seen after installation.

Cabinets are assembled as complete units prior to leaving our facility for verification of alignment and structural integrity.
Precision CNC Manufacturing
Our cabinets are produced using modern CNC equipment to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and tight tolerances throughout the manufacturing process.
Panels are CNC cut and drilled to exact specifications, allowing precise alignment of joinery, hardware, and internal systems. This level of control is essential for frameless European cabinets, where clean lines, consistent reveals, and long-term performance depend on manufacturing precision.
Because cabinets are built from scratch for each project, dimensional control is maintained from the first cut through final assembly.
Full-Perimeter Edgebanding
All cabinet panels are fully edgebanded around the entire perimeter.
Unlike many cabinet manufacturers who apply edgebanding only to visible edges, we seal all panel edges, including those not immediately seen after installation. This reduces the risk of moisture intrusion, swelling, and long-term material degradation.
This detail is especially important in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility spaces, where humidity and temperature changes are unavoidable. While often overlooked, full-perimeter edgebanding plays a significant role in cabinet longevity.
European Frameless Construction
All Skapii cabinets are built using frameless European construction.
This system maximizes usable interior space, supports modern storage solutions, and allows for clean, uninterrupted exterior lines. When executed properly, frameless cabinetry offers both functional efficiency and a refined visual presence.

From Raw Material to Finished Cabinet
Our Process
01. Material Sourcing
Box and front materials ordered from distributors via full truck loading. Same with hardware.
02. CNC Cutting
Panels cut on CNC machine to project specifications. Tolerance: 0.1mm. Quality control. Damaged parts discarded.
03. Edgebanding
Parts taken to edgebanding machine. Full perimeter edgebanding. Quality control. Damaged parts discarded.
04. Drilling & Doweling
Precision drilling and doweling machine. Tolerance: 0.1mm. Quality control. Damaged parts discarded.
05. Assembly
Custom parts assembled with previously received hardware. All systems integrated at this stage.
06. Final Quality Control
Comprehensive final inspection of all assembled cabinets before packaging.
07. Packaging
Cabinets go onto plastic wrapping machine. Wrapped and packed, preparing for shipment.
08. Delivery
Loaded onto freight truck and delivered to project location. Received by contractor or customer.
What We Manufacture

Cabinets may be picked up directly from our facility by local clients or their designated contractors.
