By accessing, browsing, or using this website or entering into a contract for our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or engaging in business with us. 

Continued use of this website or any related services after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Skapii specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of fully custom cabinetry, including optional delivery and installation services. Any services outside those explicitly stated in an executed contract or written change order are not included in the agreement and may incur additional charges.

Skapii reserves the right to subcontract certain tasks (including shipping, delivery, or installation) to qualified third parties at its discretion.

All pricing and quotes issued by Skapii are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Upon signing the contract and prior to production, a payment of up to 75% of the total balance is required. The remaining 25% is due before shipping.

If installation is ordered through one of our approved providers, installation fees are collected after completion of the installation.

Skapii retains full discretion to adjust payment structures based on project size, timeline, and material requirements.

We accept debit and credit cards (subject to a processing fee of up to 3.5%) as well as ACH, wire, Zelle, check, and cashier’s check without additional fees.
We do not accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Because all products are custom-made, no refunds or returns will be permitted once production has commenced. Store credit may be offered only at the sole discretion of Skapii management.

Prior to production, clients receive a 3D rendering and layout for review and approval. Once a contract is signed, the approved layout becomes final.

Modifications after signing are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made at Skapii’s discretion, depending on production stage, material availability, and feasibility. Additional fees may apply. 

Client approval of drawings, renderings, or layout documents constitutes acknowledgment that measurements, finishes, and configurations are correct and accepted.

Production lead times vary depending on order volume and material availability. Clients should confirm estimated lead times with their assigned sales representative prior to signing.

Delivery and installation are fulfilled through authorized third-party providers.

Delivery is available nationwide, with fees calculated during the quoting stage.

A responsible party must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the goods. 

Once delivered and signed for, products are considered accepted in good condition unless noted otherwise on the delivery receipt. Any shipping or handling damages must be documented immediately and reported to Skapii within 48 hours.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation sites are clean, accessible, level, and properly prepared prior to delivery or installation. Site preparation may be completed by the customer or by an approved subcontractor.

Any additional costs incurred due to site inaccessibility, delays, or non-compliance will be billed accordingly. 

Skapii and its providers are not responsible for damages to property resulting from inadequate site preparation or concealed conditions.

Skapii provides a three-year limited warranty on cabinetry, covering manufacturing defects, materials, hardware, and workmanship under normal use.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must submit a written request to info@skapii.com, including proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a description of the defect. Skapii reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any repair, replacement, or remedy.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, cleaning with inappropriate products, excessive moisture exposure, structural movement, or alterations performed by unauthorized parties.

Warranty coverage applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the express term of this warranty.

Natural materials such as wood, stone, and veneer inherently exhibit variations in color, grain, and texture. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Artificial and engineered materials will be produced to match approved samples as closely as commercially possible.

All drawings, renderings, layouts, photographs, and other intellectual property created by Skapii remain the exclusive property of Skapii, Inc. at all times.

Clients are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or providing Skapii’s designs to any other builder, contractor, or manufacturer without prior written authorization. 

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or adaptation of Skapii intellectual property may result in legal action and damages.

Because each order is made to specification, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted after the contract is signed or production has begun.

In extraordinary circumstances, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Skapii management.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Orders placed into production are final and cannot be modified or canceled.

Refunds will never be issued to any third-party payer or financial intermediary.

Skapii shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, material shortages, or acts of third parties.

Liability is strictly limited to the value of the products or services purchased.

In no event shall Skapii be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill, whether arising in contract or tort.

All disputes or claims arising under these Terms or related transactions shall first be submitted to binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar recognized body.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including legal fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

If arbitration does not result in a resolution under reasonable terms, either party may pursue legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction within Sacramento County, California.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against Skapii.

Skapii reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or engagement with Skapii services constitutes acceptance of such modifications. 

Revised versions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely achieves the intent of the original.
